Importance Of Motivation Techniques of the Textile Industry - Sample

Question: Discuss about the Importance Of Motivation Techniques. Answer: The essay consists of the techniques, which are essential for any organization. It analyses the thesis, which studies the efficiency and motivation techniques adopted by the experienced managers and employees working in weaving, and fabric-dying factories. All the employees are talented in their own way. There is a hidden talent within every individual but there is a need to nurture that talent. The essay focuses on that needs and analyses the ways of motivating the employees and the workers. The role of the managers has been taken into account in the essay and the process of motivation has been evaluated further. In the end, an effective suggestion has been put forward which would include the better ways of motivating the employees, which will bring profit to the organization. At the end the outcome of the research has been analyzed which was conducted in a textile industry and the changes has been suggested which are required (Lo, Yeung and Cheng 2012). According to Kruskal et al (2012), at present, every human is judged according to his efficiency. He is examined based on his efficiency. In order to be efficient in work it is important to recognize the hidden potential of every individual. To recognize that, motivation plays a vital role. The motivational ways that the managers take up is the way of analyzing the hidden talents of the employees of the organization. The application of the motivational programs serves as a power boost for them and they become happy. They become motivated as a result; they are able to provide a better quality of work. Sudit (2012) has refuted it. There was a research done in a textile industry among the workers, which aimed at the perception of the managers towards their employees. The study also includes the use of the motivational techniques adopted by the managers to increase the number of employees. In today`s` world it is important for every organization to have a strong, decisive and responsible managerial group Efficiency of any employee can serve as both a negative and positive aspect. Efficiency is the most important factor for the success of any company or organization. Efficiency cannot be defined specifically. It is not a constant procedure. It varies from time to time. It is not constant in any human. However, it is essential for an organization. Efficiency is directly related to the organization directly as it completely depends on the efficiency of the work force. There are various factors, which affect the efficiency. The first and foremost factor is the employees. The smooth running of any organization depends on the efficiency of the workers and the employees. The application of the skill and knowledge of the employees brings forward the efficiency of a company. Apart from this, there are certain factors like the running of the organization, the structural system, the infrastructure and the faculty of the organization. These factors affect the efficiency of the business (Sudit 20 12). According to Ulanowicz(2012) another effective way of increasing the efficiency of a business is to serve proper knowledge to the employees regarding the products and the services of the company. The special campaigns and training sessions should be arranged for the employees of the company, which will help to increase the efficiency of the company. Job enrichment is a desirable process in an organization. It helps the employees to be motivated and do the work willingly. For any company this is necessary. If the employees are not happy with the organization, they are unable to give satisfactory productivity. Work-study is another desirable structure. It is practiced to measure the hours of work in the organization. it not only counts the hours of work but it counts the hours of effective work. Job simplication is the method of simplifying and correcting the tasks, which inspires the employees to do their task effectively and positively. Winberg (2014) argues that efficiency also depe nds upon the zero-based budget management. It includes the performance of the work in a planned manner. It is a required process as it reduces the workload and it does work in an organized way. It helps in the smooth functioning of the company. Force field analysis is the process of investigating the real reason behind the problem, which sometimes occurs in the organization. It builds the moral of the employees by providing a safe environment. To increase the efficiency there is another aspect that is the nominal grouping method. This method completely looks after the development of the ideas and the concepts. It highlights the points which are of major importance (Goffee and Jones 2013). There are many reasons of the lack of efficiency in the organizations. First reason is the unsafe and unhealthy working environment. The workplace should always be a hygienic one and clean. There should be proper arrangement for the air to come in. There should be proper ventilation. If the cleanliness of the environment of the office is not maintained it affects the interest of the employees to do their work. They no longer feel interested to do their work. It should be safe as well. There should be proper zero tolerance power rule which will be practiced against the employee who is creating certain disturbance and polluting the workplace. The workplace should be free from any teasing, bullying, raging and any kind of physical violence. The relationship between the manager and the employees should be good. This is an important aspect in any company. Manager serves as the most important agent between the company and the employees (Winberg 2014). A manager with his good relation with the employees helps them to achieve the targets. The ill treatment of any employee by the mangers decreases the efficiency of the work. The negative relations between the colleagues also decrease the efficiency of the company. It is important to have a positive and friendly environment between the colleagues in the organization or else it severely affects the efficiency of the any enterprise. The payment of the salary of the employees is another negative aspect, which indirectly results in the lowering of the efficiency of any organization. If the employees are not paid on proper time, they will find no reason to work in the organization. These might reduce the revenue of the company as the efficiency of it will reduce largely. When the interest of doing the job decreases among the employees it becomes mechanical for them and they do the job not from their soul but just for the sake doing it. This is dangerous for the organization. Sometimes employees suffer from depression due to t his (Aarabi, Subramaniam and Akeel 2013). According to Trianni and Cagno (2012) to avoid the above-mentioned situations the most effective way is the providing motivation to all the employees of the organization. The process of motivation aims at exploring the motif of the work. Motivation is necessary as it brings about a change in the work of the employees. Sometimes the employees feel low while doing work or due to some reason unable to achieve the target. Some motivational words and some motivational programs help them to achieve their targets. There are many theories of motivation. On the other hand Elang and Imran (2013) argues that there are many layers of a person`s` needs. The first layer consists of the psychological necessity, the second layer consists of the safety, the third layer contains the sense of belonging, the fourth layer consists of the esteem and the fifth layer consists of self-realization. The needs of the people of the lower layer should be considered as important. Without fulfilling the needs of th e lower layer, the company cannot progress efficiently. The response of the managers to the needs of the employees is of immense importance. The attention of the managers to the problems of the wage earners gives them the motivation to do their work efficiently (Manzoor 2012). In the textile industry, the wage earners works hard and sometimes they face problem with their daily wage. They get motivated when the managers listen to their problem with keen ears and take some effort to solve those problems. Motivation includes the planning of bonus or some special performance bonus or loyalty bonus for the workers before they demand for the same. the confidence of the workers should be increased, any actions which will decrease the moral of the workers is dangerous for the organization. No fake promises should be made to the workers while motivating them. This might result in producing negative result (Rice 2013). The motivation test was done through a survey, which was quite effective. The result was positive and finally the result concluded that in every sector motivation was one of the most necessary elements. The level of efficiency can be increased by providing regular motivation to the employees and the workers of the organization (Joung and Park?Poaps 2013). Motivation is essential for all level of workers and employees. The statics found by doing different tests are that the motivation is high in lower levels than the higher levels. By doing an analysis of the different tools, this can confidently be stated that motivation is a necessary element in all age group and it is important for both male and female. Different surveys should be organized further to keep a check on the quality of efficiency in the organization. The result of the survey should be recommended to different organizations and enterprises. References Aarabi, M.S., Subramaniam, I.D. and Akeel, A.B.A.A.B., 2013.
