Therefore, it is evident that these changes are leading to deterioration of state security, which increases the vulnerabilities of the citizens. In this case, NASA has to be maintained for it to continue making relevant contribution on the American global power. Apparently, this agency is likely to succumb to confusion and lack of comprehensible directive that can assist in facilitating America security. In that case, Americans are likely to experience a future with increased vulnerability due to threats of terrorism.
